Medicinal ingredients: arnica montana, mountain arnica (underground parts) 15x; cinchona pubescens, China (bark) 12x; eriodictyon californicum, yerba santa (aerial parts) 12x; hepar sulfuris calcareum, hepar sulfuris (calcium carbonicum hahnemanni and sulfur), 12x; lachesis, bushmaster (venom) 15x; lycopodium clavatum, clubmoss (spores) 12x; silicea, silica (silicon dioxide) 15x; thiosinaminum (compound of oil of mustard) 15x
Non-medicinal ingredients: vegetable glycerin, purified water
WARNINGS: For external use only. Do not use in the eyes. Initial exacerbation of symptoms may occur. Use only if bottle seal is intact. Discard open bottle after 6 months. Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breast feeding. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Keep this and all medicines out of the reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, get medical help or contact a poison control center immediately. DO NOT USE: If the solution changes color or becomes cloudy. STOP USE AND ASK A PHYSICIAN IF: symptoms persist for more than 48 hours, there is discharge from the ear, or if there is a fever of 39℃ or greater. ASK A PHYSICIAN BEFORE USE IF YOU HAVE: ear drainage or discharge, pain, irritation, rash in the ear, an injured or perforated (hole) ear drum, had ear surgery, dizziness, or recently had a blow to the head.
Directions: for use in the ear only. Remove tamper-evident seal from neck of bottle. Twist cap off bottle. Tilt head sideways. Don't squeeze bottle, squeeze plastic tip to release 4 to 5 drops into ear (tip of applicator should not enter ear canal). Keep drops in ear for 3 to 5 minutes by keeping head tilted or placing cotton in ear. Any excess drops can be wiped away from outer ear. Use up to 4 times daily for no more than 48 hours, or as directed by a doctor. Children under 12 years of age consult a doctor. Replace cap after use.
