Alcon Hypromellose Ophthalmic Solution, USP 15 ml

Active ingredient (w/v) hypromellose 0.5 %, purpose: eye lubricant

Inactive ingredients
Purified water, dibasic sodium phosphate, sodium citrate, monobasic sodium phosphate, sodium chloride.
Preservative: benzalkonium chloride 0.01%.

Directions
Adults: Apply 1 or 2 drops in the eye(s) 3 times daily. Remove contact lenses before using.
Store at room temperature.
