These ear plugs will reduce external sound and help protect your ears from damage due to loud noises.

Wash or clean hands before use. Roll and compress ear plug into the smallest diameter possible. Insert tapered end quickly into ear canal and hold ear plug until fully expanded. Insertion may be easier if the other hand is opening the ear canal by reaching behind the head and pulling top of ear. These ear plug must be fitted and worn correctly to provide effective protection.
