Hydralyte is free from gluten, lactose, dairy or animal-derived products, nuts or sodium saccharine

Signs of mild to moderate dehydration
Dark yellow (or little) urine, lethargy, dry mouth, loss of skin elasticity, sunken eyes, sunken fontanelle (babies).
Warning
Consult your physician if vomiting, diarrhea or fever persists for longer than 24 hours. For children under two years of age, consult your physician. Consult a healthcare practitioner if you have any medical problems relating to kidney or heart function, blood pressure, gastrointestinal function or show signs of severe dehydration including shock, or are unable to drink.
Do not use if cap seal is broken.
Directions for use
1. Remove two tablets from tube and replace the cap tightly. Dissolve in 200 mL drinking water. For babies under 6 months use freshly boiled and cooled water.
2. Sip slowly and frequently while symptoms persist. Continue with breast or formula-feeding of infants, between sips of Hydralyte.
3. Discard unused solution after 2 hours, or 24 hours if refrigerated.
For dehydration due to other causes (without vomiting or diarrhea), refer to pack insert.
