WHEN USING THIS PRODUCT
- overuse or extended use may cause dependence for bowel function
- do not take for more than 7 days, unless directed by a doctor

Directions
- Adults: 1-2 tablets. Children 6-12 years: 1 tablet. Take at bedtime or as needed, it takes 6-12 hours to have a bowel movement.
- do not chew tablets; do not take with milk or antacids. For colonoscopy or other medical procedures, use as directed by your doctor.
- do not take more than the recommended dosage in 24 hrs.
