CAUTIONS AND WARNINGS: For adult use only. Do not use if you; are pregnant, nursing or are of childbearing age, have any pre-existing medical condition, have a history of alcohol abuse, or are taking any medication. May cause a flushing and tingling sensation of the skin, this is normal and temporary. Consumption with other stimulants such as caffeine, synephrine, octopamine, ephedra/ine which increase blood pressure is not recommended. Do not use as a substitute for sleep. Diuretic effect may occur. In rare cases, some may experience gastrointestinal discomfort (such as diarrhea). Caffeine has been shown to reduce blood flow to the heart muscle during exercise which might lead to cardiovascular complications such as chest pain, spasm and irregular heartbeat even in healthy individuals. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if you experience any symptoms (e.g. hypersensitivity/allergy). Stay adequately hydrated.
Recommended dose (adults): mix or shake 10 g‡ (~1/2 scoop) or 20 g‡ (~1 scoop) in 250 ml to 500 ml of ice-cold water. Adjust amount of liquid to suit taste. New users should start with 1/2 scoop. Consume 15 to 30 minutes before training.
