Non-medicinal ingredients: gelatin (encapsulating agent), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium silicate, stearic acid, titanium dioxide and FD&C blue #1.
CONSULT A HEALTH CARE PRACTITIONER PRIOR TO USE IF: you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have diabetes, have symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever (as these could be signs of abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, diseases of the oesophagus and/or the superior opening of the stomach (cardia), potential or existing intestinal blockage, paralysis of the intestine, megacolon, faecal impaction, inflamed bowel or appendicitis).
CONSULT A HEALTHCARE PRACTITIONER: for use beyond 8 weeks, if symptoms worsen or if laxative effect does not occur within seven days. Loose stools, flatulence, diarrhea, and abdominal discomfort have been reported.
Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention.
Directions: Adults take 2 capsules 30 minutes to 1 hour before meals 3 times per day, with at least 240ml of liquid (water, milk, fruit juice, or similar aqueous beverage). Not to be taken immediately before bedtime. For occasional use only.
Store in a dry place at room temperature. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose or accidental ingestion, call a poison control center. If the seal around the cap is broken or missing, do not use.
Taking this product with insufficient liquid may result in choking and/or esophageal blockage/obstruction of the throat, esophagus or intestine. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications. Take 0.5-1 hour before meals.
