One serving of this product (2 capsules) contains about as much caffeine as one and a half cups of coffee. Recommended Dose (Adults): Take 2 capsules with a glass of water 3 times daily, approximately 15 to 30 minutes before meals (preferably before breakfast, lunch, and dinner). To assess individual tolerance, between day one to day three take 1 capsule three times daily. From day four onwards, take 2 capsules three times daily. Do not exceed 6 caplets in a 24-hour period. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. Do not snack after dinner. Take with at least 250 mL of water. Use in conjunction with a calorie restricted diet (1500 kcal/day, 50% carbohydrates, 25% protein, and 25% fat). Consume ten glasses of water per day. Read the entire label use and follow directions. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 60 weeks.
