Directions: children 3 years old: 1 gummy daily. Children 4-8 years old: 1 gummy 1-2 times daily. Adolescents 9-13 years: 1 gummy 2-4 times daily. Adolescents 14-18 years and adults: 1 gummy 3-6 times daily.
Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
