WARNINGS: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Discontinue use in case of gastrointestinal upsets, such as abdominal cramps, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Diuretic effect may occur. Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency. Do not use if you are allergic to elderberries.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE : Dissolve 1 pastille slowly in the mouth. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. May be repeated as needed. Take with food.
ADULTS: Do not exceed 16 pastilles per day. ADOLESCENTS 14-18: Do not exceed 11 pastilles per day.
ADOLESCENTS 9-13: Do not exceed 7 pastilles per day. CHILDREN 4-8: Do not exceed 4 pastilles per day.
To preserve quality and freshness, keep in a cool, dry place.
