Pleuran is a naturally sourced beta-glucan which helps prevent and reduce the incidence of recurrent upper respiratory tract infections due to its ability to regulate the immune system.
Medicinal ingredient: pleuran 10 mg/ml (pleurotus ostreatus-fruiting body) (beta-(1,3/1,6)-D-glucan).
Non-medicinal ingredients (alphabetically): ascorbic acid, citric acid, fructose, potassium sorbate and water.

Warnings: Do not use if your child is allergic to mushrooms or to any of the other ingredients in this product. Consult a healthcare professional prior to use in children younger than 3 years of age, or if your child has an autoimmune disorder, is under immunosuppressive treatment, or if your child has any side effects from taking this product. Children with organ transplants must not take this product.

Shake thoroughly before use.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Children 3 to 10 years old: Give your child 1 ml per 11 lbs (5 kg) of body weight once daily in the morning on an empty stomach, over a 3 to 6 month period. Ideal results achieved when HELIXIA® KIDS NATURAL DEFENSE® is started in the Fall before the peak Winter months. (Please use below dosing chart as a guide)
Age: 0-2 years, Weight + Dosage†: Consult a healthcare professional
Age: 3-5 years, Weight: 15 kg (33 lbs), Dosage†: 3 ml (~2/3 tsp)
Age: 6-8 years, Weight: 25 kg (55 lbs), Dosage†: 5 ml (1 tsp)
Age: 9-10 years, Weight: 37.5 kg (82 lbs), Dosage†: 7.5 ml (1½ tsp)
