- The removable plug may or may not be needed depending on the level of comfort desired

Directions for use and care of product:
- Wash and dry foot thoroughly
- Place product in rearfoot area of shoe with the textured surface against the shoe
- DO NOT place product over open wounds
- Remove product for at least 4 hours daily to allow skin to breathe
- Before reusing, hand-wash the product with mild soap, let air dry, and lightly sprinkle with talcum powder
- Contains one pair : one left and one right
