The TENSOR™ therapeutic arch support helps provide relief from foot, heel, or arch pain associated with plantar fasciitis. The arch straps, which contour to the arch of the feet, include two flexible inserts to allow for customized levels of support. Wear all day or as needed-with or without socks and/or shoes. Straps should be worn with inserts on both feet, to ensure proper body alignment.
Includes two supports for left and right foot. Adjustable strap in order to fit most body types.

ONE SIZE
For left and right foot, this support has been designed with an adjustable strap in order to create a customized fit for most body types. Measure instep circumference.

WEAR INSTRUCTIONS :
1. Open the strap and place the support comfortably under the arch of the foot. (Foot icons against inside of arch)
2. Secure on the top of the foot with the hook tab. Use the hook tab to pull up on the arch.
3. Match foot symbol on strap to foot symbol on insert.

To wash, remove the arch inserts and secure the fastener. Hand wash in warm water with mild detergent. Air dry.
