Dual knee strap

Provides moderate support & stabilization to help prevent re-injury and relieve symptoms associated with strains, sprains, arthritis and repetitive stress injuries.

Care Instructions: Hand wash in warm water with mild detergent. Air dry.

Wear Instructions
1 - Unfasten straps and position support behind knee with straps above and below kneecap.
2 - Slide top strap (without gel pad) through opening in opposite top strap. Position gel pad directly above kneecap. Apply desired tension to both straps and fasten to base.
3 - Repeat step two for lower strap-position gel pad directly below kneecap over patella tendon. Adjust both straps as needed.
