Measure around ankle.

SIZE: Adjustable, CM: 20,3 - 25,4, IN: 8-10

1 Open all hook fasteners and slide foot into stabilizer. Loop the top strap through the buckle. Pull and secure it. Fit should feel firm yet comfortable.
2 Pull strap on left side of foot up and across, attaching the hook fastener to the opposite side of ankle stabilizer.
3 Follow the same directions for remaining strap. Adjust both straps until the bottom of foot feels firm, yet comfortable.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS :
Attach all closures before washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
