Directions for shake mix: combine one level scoop (inside of container) of our delicious shake mix with 250 ml of fat free milk in a large glass or shaker. Stir or shake well and enjoy! If you prefer a thicker shake, blend shake mix, fat free milk and ½ cup (125 ml) of ice in a blender until smooth.
We recommend the following: only to be consumed as directed in the meal plan. Do not consume more than one SlimFast meal replacement bar per day. SlimFast recommends supplementing the SlimFast meal plan with 400 IU of vitamin D. Do not consume any other vitamin and/or mineral supplements while following the SlimFast meal plan unless otherwise directed by a health care practitioner. You should consume a variety of foods from the SlimFast meal plan. Consume a banana at least once a day.
