Instructions: 1. Always inspect ear plugs prior to insertion. Make sure hands and ears are clean and dry - avoid hair and oil-based lotions. 2. Shape whole ear plug into a ball - Do not cut, break apart, or elongate the ear plug. 3. Place ear plug over ear opening and flatten to form airtight seal - Do not spread the ear plugs too thin. 4. Do not insert or push ear plug directly into ear canal. 5. To remove: press up behind ear and lift edges carefully. 6. Discard after use.
