Medicinal ingredients: zinc undecylenate 20%, undecylenic acid 5%

Non-medicinal ingredients: emulsifying wax NF, methylparaben, mineral oil, propylparaben, white petrolatum



WARNINGS:
For external use only.
Do not use on children under 2 years of age unless directed by a doctor.
Avoid contact with eyes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with water.
Stop use and ask a doctor if irritation occurs or there is no improvement within 4 weeks.
Keep out of the reach of children.
This product is not effective on the scalp or nails.
Store at room temperature 15°-30℃ (59°-86℉). Protect from freezing. If freezing occurs warm to room temperature.

Directions: Clean affected area with soap and warm water and dry thoroughly. Apply a thin layer of ointment over affected area twice daily (morning and night), for the full treatment period of 4 weeks or as directed by a doctor. Wear well-fitting, ventilated shoes. For athlete's foot, pay special attention to spaces between the toes. For toe fungus, apply under nail and around cuticle area.
