Medicinal ingredient: 1000 IU vitamin A, 750 IU beta-carotene, 200 IU vitamin D3 (cholecaciferol), 12.5 IU vitamin E (d-alpha acetate-tocopheryl), 43 mg vitamin C (ascorbic acid), 1.1 mg vitamin B1 (thiamin), 1.6 mg vitamin B2 (riboflavin), 20 mg vitamin B3 (niacinamide), 5 mg vitamin B5 (d-calcium pantothenate), 1.5 mg vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), 7 mcg vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), 200 mcg folate (folic acid), 22.5 mcg biotin, 87.5 mg calcium (calcium carbonate), 25 mg magnesium (oxide), 5 mg iron (ferrous fumarate), 1 mg copper (oxide copper), 80 mcg iodine (potassium iodide), 62.5 mg phosphorus (dicalcium phosphate), 3 mg lutein. Non-medicinal ingredients: citric acid, FD & C yellow #6 lake, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, sorbitol, stearic acid, sucralose, tropical compound fruit essence.



CAUTION: Keep out of reach of children. This package contains enough iron to seriously harm the health of a child.

DIRECTIONS: (Adults): Chew 2 tablets daily with a meal, a few hours before or after taking other medications.
