CAUTION: OVERHEATING OR PROLONGED APPLICATION MAY CAUSE INJURY TO PERSON, INCLUDING BURNS. DO NOT APPLY TO SENSITIVE SKIN, INSENSITIVE SKIN, OR OPEN WOUNDS. ALWAYS TEST PACK TEMPERATURE PRIOR TO APPLICATION. For external use only. Do not use on infants. Do not use for purposes other than intended use. Do not ingest contents. Heating beyond suggested time may damage or destroy THERA°PEARL pack. Use only under adult supervision. Do not open pack. Do not puncture pack. Do not fall asleep using pack. For extreme, prolonged, or chronic pain, contact a physician.

INTENDED USE: Reusable therapeutic hot & cold pack for use with common aches, pains, swelling and bruising.
COLD THERAPY - Freeze for at least 2 hours.
HEAT THERAPY - Heat in microwave for specified time.
Suggested heating time for (1) one THERA°PEARL SHIN WRAP
700 WATTS - 35 seconds
1000 WATTS - 25 seconds
1250 WATTS - 20 seconds
DIRECTIONS: THERA°PEARL pack should be applied to skin for 20 minutes or as doctor recommended. Remove and wait at least 20 minutes.
Reapply pack for 20 minutes, if needed.
