People sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient. Hypersensitivity has been known to occur, in which case, immediately discontinue use.

Suggested dose (adult men): take 1 capsule with breakfast, lunch and dinner for a total of 3 capsules per day. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. For use beyond 12 weeks, consult a health care practitioner.
