CONTRAINDICATIONS
- Do not use this product if you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, kidney or liver disorder, diabetes or edema (swelling of hands, face and feet) or are taking products containing diuretics.

KNOWN ADVERSE REACTIONS
- Stop use if gastro-intestinal disturbance and/or hypersensitivity/allergy occur.

Duration of use: Consult a health care practitioner for prolonged use beyond 2 weeks.
Recommended Dose: Adults: Take 1 capsule per day. Take with first bite of food/meal.
Store in a cool, dry place.
